Ingredients
- 5 boneless, skinless chicken thieghs
- 1 cream of chicken soup
- 1 sour cream
- 1 stove top stuffing
- 1 broccoli (opt)
Instructions
Pre bake the chicken until cooked. Mix soup and sourcream in a bowl (if adding broccoli add it to this mixture). Cook up stove top.
When chicken is cooked cut it into small 1 inch cubes and put them on the bottom of a casserole dish. Add soup/SC mixture, top with stove top and bake at 350Degrees until it starts to bubble (10-15min)
Notes
If you want to make it low fat use low sodium/fat cream of chicken soup and low fat or fat free sour cream.
